| 摘 要： | 在创新型产业持续发展的背景下,基于广州开发区个性化医疗与生物医药创新型产业集群的实证,构建社会网络关系特征、组织学习、创新绩效间的模型。研究表明,社会网络关系特征对组织学习和创新绩效都有着正向影响;组织学习对创新绩效有着显著的正向影响,并在社会网络关系特征影响创新绩效中起到了中介作用;适应性学习能明显地促进创造性学习;创新型产业集群中协同创新平台、技术交流会等有利于组织学习的活动,能有效促进企业创新绩效。基于此,提出相关的3点启示。

Influence of Social Network Characteristic on Innovation Performance in Innovative Industrial Clusters--- An Empirical based on Guangzhou |

| Abstract: | The article built the model between the social network characteristics,organizational learning and innovation performance in the context of innovative industries sustainable development,based on the empirical of personalized medi-cine biomedical innovation and industrial clusters in Guangzhou Development Zone.The empirical study discovered:social networking features has a positive impact on organizational learning and innovation performance;organizational learning has a significantly positive impact on innovation performance and played an intermediary role when the social networking innova-tion characteristics affect the innovation performance;adaptive learning enterprises could promote creative learning;creative innovation platform and technical seminars for organizational learning could effectively promote the enterprise innovation performance.Based on this conclusion we propose three inspirations related. |
