| 摘 要： | 运用空间统计分析软件Geo Da和社会科学统计软件SPSS22,以湖北省区域科技创新能力评价指标体系为框架,对湖北省区域创新能力进行空间分布分析和多元线性回归分析。结果表明:2013年湖北省区域创新能力分布并不均衡,区域创新中心的"灯影效应"及区位锁定效应明显,知识溢出和创新扩散的空间集聚阻碍了湖北省区域创新协调发展。提出进一步激发区域知识创造活动的潜力,增强区域知识获取水平,加大企业创新主体培育,优化科技政策环境,营造创新创业氛围,加速科技成果转化和技术转移是提升区域创新能力的主要路径。

Research on Innovation Driven Development Path of Hubei Province |

| Abstract: | Using spatial statistical analysis software GeoDa and statistical software SPSS22, the framework of regional scientific and technological innovation capability evaluation index system in Hubei province, an analysis of the spatial and multivariate linear regression of regional innovation ability in Hubei province, the results show that the distribution of regional innovation ability of Hubei province in 2013 is not balanced, the center of the regional innovation, regional innovation center has obvious "shadow effect" and the location locking effect, knowledge spillover and diffusion of innovation of spatial agglomeration hindered the coordinated development of regional innovation, proposed the main path to further enhance the regional innovation ability of Hubei province. |
