| 摘 要： | 在网络化背景下,企业不能游离于创新网络之外,通过嵌入到某个网络节点,在对外部节点企业的互动过程中激发出新的创想,进而内化为企业的创新活动。从企业技术创新实践面临的悖论入手,通过对挖掘性创新和探索性创新冲突困境的深层剖析,洞察网络环境下创新资源配置的新动向和企业双元性创新活动面临的新变化,识别双元性创新能力生成的影响因素,探索企业双元性创新能力生成的过程和内在机理,理论上为双元性创新理论提供一个新的研究视角,实践上为企业在网络环境下提升双元性创新能力提供参考。

Research on the Enterprises Ambidextrous Ability How to Generate under the Network Environment |

| Abstract: | Enterprise is unable to free from the innovation network under the background of network. Through embedded into some network node, it can generate new ideas in the process of interaction of the external nodal enterprises, and then internalize for enterprise"s innovation activities. The paper from the paradox of enterprise technology innovation analyses deeply the conflicts between exploitational innovation and explorational innovation, and insights into new trend of innovation resources under network environment and new change of ambidexterity activities. Identifying the influencing factors of ambidextrous ability, the paper explores the forming process and inherent mechanism of ambidexterity, provides theoretically a new research view for the theory of ambidexterity and offers a reference to promote the ambidextrous ability in practice. |
