| 摘 要： | 诠释国有企业研究院内在的创新属性及其兼具的社会责任,阐述企业创新管理的理论依据,分析影响国企创新的体制机制方面面临的问题,认为国企研究院可以通过创新机制和制度履行创新主体责任.同时以笔者所在单位为例,介绍一个国企研究院在科技创新和管理创新方面的实践做法与体会.

| Abstract: | With the continuous deepening of China''s innovation-driven strategy, innovation management has increasingly become an important research content for all industries to enhance their competitiveness, especially for state-owned enterprise. This paper introduces the innovation attribute and social responsibility of the research institutes of state-owned enterprise, explains the theoretical basis of enterprise innovation management, and analyzes the institutional problems that affect the innovation of state-owned enterprise. The author believes that the research institute of state-owned enterprise can perform the primary responsibility of the innovation through the construction of innovation mechanism. At last, this paper shows the practice and experience of a state-owned research institute in technological innovation and management innovation. |
