| 摘 要： | 综述社会网络分析的起源,社会网络分析进入管理研究领域的必然性和重要性以及近年国内相关文献情况,社会网络分析相对于传统研究方法的特点,主要社会网络分析软件的特性,旨在为进一步在管理研究中使用社会网络分析方法与视角提供导引。
