| 摘 要： | 在新常态下,出口贸易将承载更多国家创新驱动发展的战略功能。本文基于我国2013~2020年省级平衡面板数据,检验了出口贸易对我国区域科技创新的影响,固定效应模型和工具变量(IV)模型回归结果均表明：出口贸易有助于提升区域科技创新,并且随着吸收能力增强上述提升效应更明显。进一步研究还显示,制度环境亦有助于强化以上提升效应。多元检验结果均表明,前述结论具有较好的稳健性。本文进一步厘清了出口贸易对区域科技创新逆向溢出效应的能力边界以及制度边界,有助于优化出口贸易的战略定位,对贯彻新发展理念,优化制度环境,构建“开放引领创新”的经济新体制亦有较强的政策价值。

An Empirical Study of the Impact of Export Trade on Regional Scientific and Technological Innovation in China |

| Abstract: | Under the new normal, export trade will carry the strategic function of innovation driven development of more countries. Based on the provincial balanced panel data of China from 2013 to 2020, this paper tests the impact of export trade on China"s regional scientific and technological innovation. The regression results of fixed effect model and instrumental variable (IV) model show that export trade helps to improve regional scientific and technological innovation, and the above promotion effect is more obvious with the enhancement of absorption capacity. Further research also shows that the institutional environment also helps to strengthen the above promotion effect. Multivariate test results show that the above conclusions are robust. This paper further clarifies the capability boundary and institutional boundary of the reverse spillover effect of export trade on regional scientific and technological innovation, which is helpful to optimize the strategic positioning of export trade, and also has strong policy value for implementing the new development concept, optimizing the institutional environment and building a new economic system of "openness leading innovation". |
