| 摘 要： | 基于指标评价体系评价专业镇的发展,对不同产业、不同基础的专业镇进行发展程度分类是专业镇实施"分类指导"的基础。采用广东技术创新专业镇数据库,基于波特钻石模型构建专业镇发展能力指标体系并进行指标测算,将全省专业镇根据指标得分分为四个发展层次,根据各层次专业镇的指标得分情况分析其建设战略。
