| Abstract: | The history of the world"s scientific and technological innovation shows that the international scientific and technological innovation center, as the highland of scientific and technological innovation, has a strong radiation leading role. It has a profound impact on the global pattern of science, technology and economy. The construction of the International Science and Technology Innovation Center in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Bay Area is a national strategy witnessed by general secretary Xi Jinping. It is of great significance to enhance China"s comprehensive national strength and international competitiveness. This paper studies the concept, main characteristics, development and evolution of the international innovation center. On this basis, it studies the four core components of the international technology innovation center, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of the International Science and Technology Innovation Center in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Bay Area. |
