摘    要:科技发展和产业变革对工程技术人才培养提出了新的需求,新工科建设是我国高等工程教育领域的系统性改革,具有重大的现实意义,也面临着一系列问题。本文首先结合我国经济发展新旧动能转换以及国内外高等工程教育发展情况,分析了高等工程教育改革的内在动力,简述了新工科的提出与发展现状,梳理了新工科建设过程中面临的主要问题。随后,概述了智库的社会职能与特征,总结了高校科技智库在新工科建设中的优势特色。最后,基于高校科技智库兼具人才培养与政策咨询功能的实际,探讨了高校科技智库完善自身建的重点方向,提出了加快高校科技智库发展的若干建议。

Studies on the Development Paths of University S T Think Tank in the Context of Emerging Engineering Education
Abstract:Global revolution on technology and industry brings new requirements on the education of engineering and technical talents. The emerging engineering education is a systemic reform for Chinese higher engineering education with full of practical significance. Meanwhile there are also some key problems remain unsolved. Based on the shift in driving forces for economic development, as well as the progress on higher engineering education home and abroad, the inner motivation of education reform is firstly analyzed, the proposal and implementation of emerging engineering education are introduced, the main issues related to it are also discussed. Then the social functions and features of think tanks are briefed, the advantages of university S T think tank on the development of emerging engineering education are summarized. At last, focusing on both talent cultivation and policy advice, the major directions, together with some suggestions are explored for the construction of university S T think tank.
