| 摘 要： | 分析高校开展教师科研能力评价的导向作用、激励作用和规范作用,构建高校教师科研能力评价指标体系,涵盖科研项目、科技成果、论文、论著、专利与著作权、科研综合能力等方面,运用层次分析法和灰色系统理论,建立高校教师科研能力综合评价模型,并通过实例分析验证评价模型的可行性。
