| 摘 要： | 纺织特色高校是我国高校体系中的重要组成部分,纺织特色高校科学研究水平的高低还直接影响着纺织行业的发展。如何评价纺织特色高校科学研究水平已成为学术界研究的重要课题。在对纺织特色高校科学研究水平内涵和构成进行分析的基础上,构建了纺织特色高校科学研究水平评价体系,对各评价指标进行了深入分析,并给出了相应的量化计算方法。以天津工业大学为例,对其从2006年至2009的年科学研究水平进行了实证分析,在总结关键影响因素的基础上,给出了提高科学研究水平的对策。

| Abstract: | Textile universities are an essential part of the national universities system,and its scientific research level has direct impact on the development of textile industry.It becomes a significant topic in academic research to evaluate the scientific research level of textile universities.The connotation and composition of the scientific research level of textile universities are analyzed.The quantitative computational method on evaluation indexes system is given in this paper.An evaluation system on the scientific research level of textile universities is established.Moreover,various evaluation indexes are deeply analyzed,and the quantitative computational method for the evaluation system is given.The AHP is used to determine the weights of the indexes.A case study on Tianjin Polytechnic University is introduced,which is based on the data from 2006 to 2009.The key factors which impact the scientific research level are analyzed,and the improvement suggestions are given. |
