| 摘 要： | 当前,浙江正面临经济转型的关键时期,加快科技成果转化是培育战略性新兴产业、促进浙江经济转型的重要途径,因此加强科技成果转化的对策研究具有重要意义。文章基于调查问卷与实地调研,统计测算了浙江科技成果产出与转化状况,分析了制约浙江科技成果转化的主要问题,并有针对性地提出了相关政策建议。

| Abstract: | Recently,Zhejiang province is in the period of economic transition.Reinforcing the commercialization of scientific achievements is an important approach to develop strategic and new industries and promote economic transition.Therefore,it’ s meaningful to strengthen research on how to reinforce it.Based on questionnaire survey and on-the-spot investigation,the paper collects the data on scientific achievement of Zhejiang,assesses the situation of commercialization,and analyzes the existing problems hampering commercialization.Finally,it also puts forward some suggestion. |
