| 摘 要： | 走低碳经济之路是我国经济发展的客观要求,而科技创新是实现低碳经济的物质基础,但科技进步也是一把双刃剑,在带来经济发展与促进实现低碳经济的同时,也有可能带来对环境与人类的负面影响,并且我国在发展低碳经济时还面临着科技创新的"锁定效应"。利用科技进步,发展我国低碳经济时要注意发挥科技的作用,通过生产、生活与制度等方面的改变来建立低碳经济体系。

| Abstract: | Developing low-carbon economy is the urgent demand of Chinese reality and economic development,and technical innovation is the basis of low-carbon economy.But technical innovation is a double-edged sword.While it brings economic development and promotes low-carbon economy,it also imposes negative effects on the environment and human being.We have to face the "locked effect" of technical innovation.When we use technical innovation to establish low-carbon economy,we should pay attention to technical innovation and build up low-carbon economy system through the reform of production,life and system. |
