| 摘 要： | 引入灰色关联度分析方法遴选科技成果转化效果评价指标,然后利用模糊综合评价方法评价2004-2013年期间的科技成果转化效果。结果显示,科技成果转化效果总体较好。但也存在发明专利增长较缓、科研成果交易活跃度不足等问题。对今后的科技成果转化政策制定提供了有益参考。

Scientific and Technological Achievements Transformation Analysis Based On the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method |

| Abstract: | Combining the statistical indicators of S&T, the effect of transformation of S&T achievement evaluated with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluations can direct policy implementation more effectively. This article first use the grey correlation analysis to select the index of transformation policy of scientific and technological achievements, then using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the effectiveness of 2004-2013. Results show that the implementation of the policy of science and technology achievements transformation effect is at the second best level. But there is also such problems as the growth of invention patents is slower, scientific research achievement trading activities are insufficient, etc. These will be useful for policies making of scientific and technological achievements transformation. |
