| 摘 要： | 随着我国对食品安全重视程度的提高,发达国家的科学监管经验具有重要的借鉴意义。谷物作为世界上最重要的食物来源,其产品质量标准的安全程度一直受到国际社会的广泛关注。通过对欧盟现有谷物安全科学监管的体系及政策梳理,主要关注谷物最大风险来源的真菌霉素的多方面污染危害及治理模式,重点介绍欧盟食品安全科学监管的相关条例以及处理措施,并在一些方面得出对我国的启示和借鉴。

| Abstract: | With the increasing emphasis on food safety in China, the scientific supervision experience in developed countries is of great significance.As the world"s most important food source, cereal safety and quality standards has been widespread concern around the international community. Based on the existing EU system and policies,this article focus on the world"s most important grain safety policy, and concern on the pollution hazard and governance model of mycotoxins, focusing on the EU food safety scientific regulations and other related regulatory actions, to give some suggestions to Chinese relevant food policies. |
