The Application of Improved Earned Value Method On Progress-cost Management of Large Research Project |

| Abstract: | Progress-cost management is one of the priorities and difficulties within the context of large research project management. Currently, the evaluation which commonly used is not enough in depth and comprehensive. As a classical progress-cost joint control method, earned value method has been proved to be effective and practical, however, it has some defects. Based on improved critical path earned value method, and through the application of a large research project in the implementation of management, this paper confirms the necessity of improvement and good management results. |
