| 摘 要： | 为探索建筑产业集群网络演化对集群竞争力的影响,基于建筑集群网络系统的结构维度和关系维度划分建立假设模型,进行SEM的实证检验.研究发现建筑集群演化是网络主体组织通过竞合互动机制提高参与主体的资源获取能力从而提高竞争优势.主体在网络中的位置、规模、积聚性基础上强化集群纵向网络的共享、协同关系和主体之间的竞争关系,影响集群竞争力.调整集群系统网络结构与网络关系促进建筑产业网络化发展、提升集群竞争力.

Network evolution and competitiveness of construction industry cluster: An Empirical Analysis Based on SEM |

| Abstract: | To explore the construction industry cluster network evolution and the impact on cluster competitiveness,the paper established the model assumption and used SEM to make empirical validation.The study found that the evolution of the construction industry cluster is reflected as the process that network agent relies on the in-depth cooperation and cooperation mechanism to improve the ability of obtaining the resources,which can enhance the competitive advantage.Based on the location,scale and accumulation of the agent in the network,the sharing of vertical network,the relationship between the synergy and the cluster agent are strengthened.The paper discusses the significance of the network structure of the construction cluster system to promote the development of the cluster,and to enhance the competitiveness of the cluster. |
