| 摘 要： | 针对高新园区在加快黑龙江省老工业基地改造、促进区域产业结构战略性调整、增强产业国际竞争力方面的重要作用,从黑龙江省高新园区可持续发展的战略高度,通过系统分析老工业基地佳木斯市发展高新园区的比较优势和主要障碍,提出与佳木斯市发展高新园区的战略构想及相应策略,旨在为我国有关省市高新园区布局与发展提供借鉴与参考.

| Abstract: | It is very important for old industry bases in Heilongjiang Province to develop High-tech Parks in order to upgrade the industry structure and increase the industry competitiveness.Developing Jiamusi High-tech Park is a typical case.This paper offers a strategy conception of developing a High-tech Park in Jiamusi city by analyzing its comparative advantages and main obstacles.It is aimed at giving some references to the High-tech Parks layout and the development for some related provinces and cities. |
