| 摘 要： | 通过研究国内外科技成果转化为技术标准发展现状,以及我国科技成果转化为技术标准的典型经验和做法,以科技成果转化为技术标准的主体为视角,分析各主体在科技成果转化为技术标准方面的优势与不足,归纳提出大型企业、产业联盟、标准化专业机构和高新技术区域开展科技成果转化为技术标准的典型路径。此外,针对高校和中小型企业尚未形成科技成果转化为技术标准典型路径这一问题,找出影响因素,提出相应的意见建议。最后,结合我国实际情况,提出我国今后开展科技成果转化为技术标准工作的构想。

| Abstract: | Under the background that the state attaches great importance to the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into technical standards and vigorously promotes high-quality development, local governments, enterprises and institutions, research institutes and other institutions have constantly strengthened basic capacity building, actively explored innovation models for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into technical standards, and formed some good experience and practices. On the basis of discussing the development status of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into technical standards at home and abroad, this paper summarizes and analyzes the typical paths of transforming scientific and technological achievements into technology standrads, and puts forward some suggestions. |
