| 摘 要： | 【目的/意义】精益知识管理能力是企业开展精益生产的效果大相径庭的重要原因之一，弄清精益知识管理能力的内涵和构成维度对优化企业精益知识管理能力具有重要意义。【方法/过程】本文以实施精益生产的企业为样本，采集典型企业数据，运用扎根理论方法，按照开放式编码、主轴式编码和选择性编码的路径，构建精益知识管理能力的维度结构和内容，从而归纳出相对饱和的理论，并对其进行验证。【结论】研究将精益知识管理能力划分为精益知识获取能力、精益知识整合能力和精益知识应用能力等3个维度和14个构成要素、为企业提升精益知识管理能力提供了参考。

Dimensional Division and Test of Lean Knowledge Management Capability Based on Grounded Theory |

| Abstract: | lean knowledge management ability is one of the most important reasons for the widely divergent effects of lean production in enterprises. It is of great significance to clarify the connotation and composition of lean knowledge management ability to optimize the lean knowledge management ability of enterprises. This paper takes enterprises implementing lean production as samples, collects data of typical enterprises, applies the grounded theory method, and constructs the dimensional structure and content of lean knowledge management ability according to the path of open coding, spindle coding and selective coding, so as to summarize the theory of relative saturation and verify it. The research provides reference for enterprises to improve lean knowledge management ability. |
