| 摘 要： | R&D投入是企业R&D活动的基础,对企业的发展意义重大。我国企业R&D投入长期不足影响着我国自主创新能力的提升。通过对比中国与美国R&D投入的总量、强度、来源、投向等多方面指标,基于大中型工业企业的R&D投入的现状,从中发现中美两国在上述方面存在的差异化原因跟企业内外部环境有关,进而指出我国工业企业存在的主要问题,并从美国的工业企业的R&D投入经验中获得对中国企业的启示。
