| 摘 要： | 分析创新评价对科研成果管理系统提出的全面性、动态性和严谨性的要求,以此为依据设计并实现面向创新评价的科研成果管理系统。通过需求分析,确定使用系统的角色,对科研成果进行系统的分类,并提出成果审核的流程,随后提出系统设计方案和实现方案,最后简要介绍了未来工作的方向。
