| 摘 要： | 通过分析重庆市在科研体制改革中重视顶层设计,创新机制,推动院所大开放、大整合,强化对科研院所自主创新能力的建设等经验,结合广东科研体制改革中存在的分类定位不够科学、规模小而分散、管理体制和运行机制不够完善等问题,提出深化广东科研体制改革的建议。
