| 摘 要： | 经济适用房项目的复杂性决定了其投资决策问题是一个典型的复杂决策问题。从企业经营管理能力、工程质量与技术能力、项目基本面情况、企业财务能力、项目经济效益和风险情况六个维度构建经济适用房建设项目评价指标体系,进而构建了基于层次分析法和相对熵的群决策指标赋权模型,最后应用灰色关联综合评价法对评价对象进行了评价。研究结论验证了模型的科学性和有效性。
