| 摘 要： | 以企业创新能力评价指标为基础,结合高新技术企业自主创新的内涵和特性,从自主创新的投入能力、实施能力和产出能力三个方面构建高新技术企业自主创新能力评价指标体系,并运用BP神经网络模型对苏州市高新技术企业的自主创新能力进行实证分析。结果表明评价指标体系具有一定的可操作性,且运算模型具有较好的泛化性。
