| 摘 要： | 基于超效率DEA,分析2006年全国各省财政科技支出的效率,解决传统DEA不能进一步有效区分决策单元的效率问题,实现对各省财政科技支出效率的有效评价和排序。实证分析结果可以指出不同省份财政科技投入效率非DEA有效的原因,为各省提高财政投入效率提供参考。
