我国科技人才评价的问题研究

摘    要:从人才评价主体的责任心缺失和大学人才评价的行政化、简单化,以及评价体系的重科学理论轻工程技术等三个角度分析我国科技人才评价的问题,并探讨其形成原因。针对我国科技人才评价的现状和发展趋势提出若干建议。
