| 摘 要： | 研究陕西省政府科技投入的绩效水平与目标强度(R&D经费/GDP)对于实施西部大开发战略、提高政府科技资源投入利用效率、有效加强科技管理制定合理的科技政策具有重要意义。采用DEA方法对陕西省1999—2008年的政府科技投入绩效水平进行测度,并运用协整方法对陕西省政府科技投入目标强度进行预测,从而为陕西省政府科技投入决策提供依据。
