| 摘 要： | 选取142家高新技术类天生全球企业为研究对象,构建出天生全球企业形成驱动力模型。研究结果发现:(1)创业企业家精神是天生全球企业形成的最关键驱动力量。它在直接驱动天生全球企业形成的同时,还通过组织网络关系和独特产品起着间接驱动作用。(2)独特产品是驱动天生全球企业诞生的最直接因素。它不仅对天生全球企业出现的直接驱动效应最大,还是创业企业家精神和组织网络关系两个天生全球企业形成驱动力的中介变量;(3)组织网络关系是天生全球企业诞生的重要驱动力量。
