摘    要:当今的组织人力资源管理实践中,心态及心态调整越来越受到人们的重视。但是,以往的文献没有完整的理论模型为心态调整提供理论支持。从认知意动的理论视角提出一个心态及心态调整的研究模型,从角色认知调整、情感激发的角度探讨了心态的转变以及调整的途径。这项研究为系统地研究组织员工心态调整提供了一个理论的模型,未来的研究是进一步实证检验这个认知意动的心态调整模型。
