| 摘 要： | 矿产资源在我国经济中具有相当重要的地位及作用,但我国矿产资源相当短缺,所以有必要对其进行安全评价.矿产资源安全是一个由相互关联且相互制约的许多因素构成的复杂系统,而层次分析法(AHP)则给这类系统分析提供了一种简洁而又适用的方法.运用AHP方法,构建了石油矿产资源的安全评价指标体系,建立了层级结构与判断矩阵,并确定了相应的指标权重,最后进行了实证剖析.结果表明我国石油资源安全程度最低. |
