| 摘 要： | 我国动漫产业还不成熟,绝大多数动漫企业原创能力不高,以代工模式为主,位于国际价值链的下游.因此,自主创新是动漫代工企业的长期生存和发展的必然选择.对动漫代工企业及其自主创新动力机制进行了概述;然后探讨了自主创新的动力要素,并指出在外部环境稳定的前提下,企业、政府和市场在动漫代工企业自主创新的动力要素中是起主导作用的;最后,对提升动漫代工企业自主创新能力的几点对策进行了总结.
