| 摘 要： | 本文针对建筑企业的特点，分析了建筑企业在信息化方面存在的主要问题，并结合实际情况，提出了建筑企业协同商务的信息化发展模式及基本框架，使得企业协同商务链上的合作伙伴，以及企业内部不同部门之间信息共享、信息并行处理，从而形成业务协作的良好局面。
