节能环保产业融资环境的评价和提升路径研究

摘    要:运用系统动力学的方法构建节能环保产业融资环境评价模型,利用Anylogic软件进行仿真,并探究在不同情形下融资环境的变化.研究发现,(1)我国节能环保产业的融资环境处于不断优化的过程中,融资环境的优化也将促进节能环保产业产值的加速增长.(2)致力进行技术创新与扩大行业规模都能够起到更好地优化融资环境的作用,但不同的情形对融资环境改善程度不同,提升科技进步贡献率可以最显著地改善融资环境.

Abstract:The system dynamics method was used to construct the financing environment evaluation model for energy conservation and environmental protection industry, Anylogic software was used for simulation, and the change of financing environment under different circumstances was explored. The results show that :(1) the financing environment of China"s energy conservation and environmental protection industry is in the process of continuous optimization, and the optimization of financing environment will also promote the accelerated growth of output value of energy conservation and environmental protection industry.(2) Committed to technological innovation and expanding the scale of the industry can play a better role in optimizing the financing environment, but different circumstances have different degrees of improvement to the financing environment, and increasing the contribution rate of scientific and technological progress can most significantly improve the financing environment.
