摘    要:利用元分析方法对国内外43篇组织忘却学习与绩效关系的实证研究进行分析,并探讨测量维度、地区文化和中介变量等因素是否会影响二者关系.研究结果表明,组织忘却学习与绩效显著正相关,测量维度、地区文化和中介变量对二者关系有显著的影响,在单维度测量、东方文化背景下或有中介变量存在时,组织忘却学习与其绩效的相关程度更高.

Abstract:The relationship between organizational unlearning and performance has been one of the research hotspots in the field of organizational learning in recent years. Different scholars have a lack of consensus on whether there is a direct relationship between them and how the former affects the latter. This paper uses Meta-analysis to analyze 43 empirical studies on relationship between organizational unlearning and performance at home and abroad, and discusses whether the factors such as measurement dimensions, regional cultures and mediating variables will affect the relationship between them. The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between organizational unlearning and performance. Measurement dimensions, regional cultures, and mediating variables have a significant effect on their relationship. In the case of single-dimensional measurement, eastern culture context, or the existence of mediating variables, organizational unlearning is more relevant to its performance.
