| 摘 要： | 城市垃圾问题已经严重威胁到人们的健康和生态环境,加强垃圾管理迫在眉睫。本文从产品消费后垃圾管理的四个步骤:垃圾收费、垃圾回收、循环利用和垃圾处理来比较学习世界各国的垃圾管理经验,以期给我国相关部门提供借鉴。
