| 摘 要： | 我国煤炭业发展至今基本呈现出六个方面的现状特征,分别是煤炭产业是我国的传统产业;由于资源赋存依赖性强,煤炭产业在我国的分布不均衡;总体上煤炭资源利用方式粗放、生态环境破坏严重;煤炭业是一个高危行业;煤炭业的进入壁垒较为复杂;开采技术决定煤炭产品生产效率与效益而非煤炭产品质量。
