| 摘 要： | 当前的国际金融风暴已经对我国的商业银行产生了潜在影响。我国商业银行要通过加强金融监管、信贷资金证券化和强化内部管理机制来加强其危机管理。但要从根本上消除不良影响。必须加强支农力度，从源头上增加农民消费能力，拉动内需，推动我国经济的稳健、健康发展。

| Abstract: | The financial storm leads to worldwide financial and economic crisis, including China, which aggravates the commercial banks＇ crisis. The commercial banks in China need to draw a lesson： strengthen the crisis management from strengthen financial supervision, funds securitization, and strengthen the internal management system. In the long run, the commercial banks should even more support peasants, increase the peasants＇ consumption from headstream, and pull domestic demand so as to facilitate the economy＇s robust and health growth. |
