| 摘 要： | 公益创业是近年来在全球兴起的全新创业理念，是追求社会价值和经济价值并重的创业活动。较之欧美发达国家，中国的公益创业目前还处在起步阶段。温州社会生态系统中有着孕育和发展公益创业的土壤和环境。以“社会责任”为联结纽带，温州公益创业的主体主要包括温州市政府、民间公益组织、温州高校和社会企业等。当前，温州的公益创业生态系统还处于发育期，面临着诸多困难和复杂环境，只有通过不断探索和大胆创新，有利的外部环境加上系统内部诸要素的良性互动，才能构建起可持续发展的、相对成熟的公益创业生态系统。

| Abstract: | Social entrepreneurship is new global rising idea, standing for those value-creating entrepreneurship activities both in social or ecnomic area. Compared with developed coutries in Europe or America, Chinese social entrepreneurship is still in initial stage. Wenzhou social entrepreneurship ecosystem has found its soil and environment in Wenzhou social ecosystem. Bound with social responsbility, the main parts of Wenzhou Social entrepreneurship ecosystem consists local government, nongovernmental commonweal organizations, social enterprise, and colleges. Wenzhou Social entrepreneurship ecosystem is still in its period of puberty, it needs exploring innovation to overcome difficulties and adversity. The mature and sustainable developing Social entrepreneurship ecosystem needs advantageous environment and positive interaction in ecosystem. |
