| 摘 要： | 国际贸易能提高社会的福利水平，推动经济的增长。但是，随着国际贸易的增加，贸易与环境问题的冲突越来越激烈。生态经济理论为我们正确处理贸易与环境的关系、政善进出口商品结构、避免绿色壁垒等新贸易保护主义的限制提供了新思路。为此，我国必须正确处理贸易与生态经济的关系．从产业政策、财税政策等入手制定适应生态经济发展的外贸发展战略，使生态经济与外贸协同发展。
