| 摘 要： | 低碳产业园区建设是我国低碳发展的重要内容。本文在总结低碳产业园区内涵特征的基础上，按照“源头控碳、过程减碳、末端固碳”的思路，从能源低碳化、产业低碳化、低碳生活、碳汇建设分析了低碳产业园区建设的路径。同时，从技术和制度两个方面提出了促进低碳产业园区建设的支撑体系。

| Abstract: | The construction of low carbon industrial park is an important content of low carbon development in China.This paper summarizes the connotation of low carbon industrial park. Then according to the idea of controlling carbon from the source, reducing carbon emission in the process ,sequestrating carbon at the end , we analyzes the path of low carbon industrial park’s construction from the industrial low-carbonization , energy low-carbonization, low carbon life and carbon sink. At the same time, we propose the supporting system of low carbon industrial park from two aspects：technology and institution . |
