| Abstract: | According to the choices of conflict handling styles of foreign big multinational corporations, this paper discusses the strategies of solving interorganizational conflict. The research will be of much help for those Chinese enterprises that will or have participated in international market in terms of deciding on the right strategy to solve the conflict concerned. |
