| 摘 要： | 《孙子兵法》曰：＂兵无常势,水无常形＂。自古以来,战争的形态总是随着科技的进步而在不断的变化。迄今为止,人类的战争先后经历了无数次的变革,其中有三次重大的变革。第一次变革：从冷兵器到热兵器;第二次变革：从热兵器到机械化;第三次变革：从机械化到信息化。这三次军事变革,深远地影响了人类的历史。因为每一次变革之后,军事力量都会出现质的飞跃,一国的强弱常常因此而彻底改变。鉴于此,我们很有必要来探讨一下未来的第四次军事变革将如何发生？
