| 摘 要： | 随着安徽经济总量于2009年跨上万亿元台阶,皖江城市带承接产业转移示范区、合芜蚌自主创新综合试验区、国家技术创新工程试点省等重大战略平台的推进,安徽开始步入到跨越发展的新时期,城镇化发展也由此进入一个全新的高速发展阶段。新形势下的安徽城镇化对推动安徽跨越崛起具有深刻的现实意义,而推动中心城市和城市群建设、加强城镇体系规划工作、破除体制机制障碍将成为推进安徽城镇化发展的必由之路。

| Abstract: | As Anhui’s GDP surpassed one trillion yuan in 2009 , Wanjiang industries to relocate to the city with demonstration zone, Hefei, Wuhu and Bengbu comprehensive innovation experimental zone, national technology innovation pilot provinces and other major strategic platform to promote, Anhui start to leap into a new period of development, urbanization development has entered a new stage of rapid development. Under the new situation Anhui urbanization has a profound practical significance, and to promote the building of cities and urban groups, to strengthen the planning of towns and get rid of structural and institutional obstacles will be to promote the development of Anhui urbanization. |
