| 摘 要： | 和谐社会并不是没有利益矛盾和冲突的社会,而是一个有能力解决利益矛盾和化解利益冲突,并由此实现经济利益和谐的社会。本文在分析我国现阶段经济利益分化现状的基础上,提出实现经济利益和谐的对策建议。
