| 摘 要： | 随着城市化发展，城乡结合部社区大量出现并具有明显的特征，面临着违法犯罪严重、社会危害性大；资源归属混乱、补偿机制不合理；管理体制无序、管理效率低下；盲目开发建设、基础设施滞后等诸多社区管理问题。为了实现其稳定发展，今后应加大综合治理力度、严厉打击各种违法犯罪；建立合理的利益补偿机制；理顺管理体制、强化社区服务功能；重视城乡一体化规划和建设管理等等。
