摘    要:在现代社会中,人们面临着越来越大的压力,这些都直接影响着其情绪.情绪分为积极的情绪和消极的情绪.积极的情绪可以使人积极向上,消极的情绪可能给人们带来非常大的危害.管理者的消极情绪对于组织情绪管理来说,尤其具有特别重要的意义.本文以管理者消极情绪为切入点,深入探讨了管理者消极情绪来源的构成、影响因素及其管理者消极情绪与工作绩效的关系.

Abstract:In modern society, people's emotions are influenced by the more and more pressures. There are positive emotions and negative emotions. It would advance people by the positive ones, and bring harm to them by the negative ones. It has specially means to manager's negative emotions for the emotions management. The paper discusses the component of the sources of the manager's negative emotions, the influence factors, and the relationship between the manager's negative emotions and their performances.
