| 摘 要： | 信用评级机构在金融危机中表现如此低劣，主流论点是评级机构的利益冲突已经深深地嵌入该行业的商业运作模式．并成为影响其自身公信力的主要因素。本文着眼于后危机时代，对利益冲突的类型以及次贷危机后冲突激化的原因进进分析。最后以博弈策略为切入点，为我国在该领域的制度的构建提供建议。以期保障国家金融安定和有序发展。

| Abstract: | the behavior of credit judge institution in financial crisis is so low-grade, such the main idea is that conflict of interest of credit judge institution has already embedded in the commercial mode, which has became the main factors that affect itself public credit. This paper focuses on the types for conflict of interest and reasons for conflict intension after crisis time. Finally, taking the combating point, it will provide useful advice for this area in China so as to ensure the financial safe and orderly development of the nation. |
