| 摘 要： | 我国已经将自主创新提高到关系国家综合竞争力、强国富民及国家安全的战略高度,在自主创新的推进过程中,对自主创新驱动与组织模式生成路径的研究尤为重要。东北作为我国传统老工业基地,在区域振兴的进程中,应当着重依靠自主创新推动经济增长。本文以东北地区为例,在分析了东北地区创新支撑与创新资源配置方式以及东北地区进行自主创新的约束条件的基础上,提出了东北地区自主创新驱动与组织模式生成路径,并给出了相关政策建议。

| Abstract: | Independent innovation has been seen the key to improve national competitiveness and the national security by China.It is particularly important to research the path to generate independent innovation drive and organizational model in the process of advancing innovation.As Chinese traditional old industrial bases,Northeast Region should be focused on product innovation to promote economic growth in the revitalization process.This paper takes Northeast Region for example. It analyzes Northeast Region innovation support,innovation resource allocation and constraints to generate the path to gen- erate independent innovation drive and organizational model and gives the relevant policy recommendations. |
