| 摘 要： | 随着知识经济的到来,经济发展中的知识含量越来越高,知识和信息逐渐变成与人力、资金并列的企业第三大"战略资源",企业是技术创新的主体,以企业为创新主体的产学研合作及其知识产权战略实施是企业实现技术创新目标的关键和保障。本文以知识产权战略下企业创新机制的作用、特点和其发展新理念为入手点,在构建以内部知识产权为根本的知识管理模式的背景下,对建立企业技术创新机制进行了内部网络型组织结构、内部市场化运作、虚拟结构等方面的方法研究,并在此基础上提出了基于知识产权战略企业的技术创新机制的重要突破点。

| Abstract: | With the coming of the knowledge economy,the content of knowledge in the economical development is higher and higher,the knowledge and the information gradually becomes the enterprise’s third big " strategic resources" which are ranked with the manpower and the fund,the enterprise is the main part of technological innovation,cooperation of industry,learning and research which takes the enterprise as the innovation main body and its implement of intellectual property are the key and security for the enterprise to realize the technological innovation goal.This article takes the function,the characteristic and its new concept of development of the enterprise innovation mechanism as the starting spot,in the background of building a knowledge management mode which takes the interior intellectual property rights as basis,deals with the study of establishing the enterprise technological innovation mechanism through aspects of internal network structure,internal market-based operation and virtual structure,on the basis of this,proposes the important breakthrough point of enterprise’s technological innovation mechanism which is based on intellectual property strategy. |
